Am I in Division 4?

A boundary review by the Electoral Commission Queensland has changed the Division boundaries for the 2016 election. The new boundaries for Division 4 will only take effect at the election on 19th March 2016.

The new Division 4 will include the suburbs of;

  • Bahrs Scrub
  • Bannockburn
  • Belivah
  • Buccan
  • Cedar Creek (part of)
  • Jimboomba (part of)
  • Logan Village
  • Mount Warren Park (part of)
  • Mundoolun
  • Tamborine (part of)
  • Windaroo
  • Wolffdene
  • Yarrabilba

Enrolling to vote

People can enrol or update enrolment details until 6pm, 18 March 2016.

How to vote

There are three ways to vote;

  • Cast your vote in person between 8am and 6pm on 19 March 2016
  • Vote at a pre-poll booth in the two weeks before the election day
  • Apply for a postal vote (click here for the ECQ website)

For those voting on the day, there will be 7 polling booths for Division 4 residents;

  • Canterbury College Art Centre, Cnr Old Logan Village Road & Easterly Street, Waterford
  • Emmaus College, 48 East Street, Jimboomba
  • Jimboomba State School, Mt. Lindsey Highway, Jimboomba
  • Logan Village State School, North Street, Logan Village
  • Mt Warren Park State School, 125 Mt Warren Boulevard, Mt Warren Park
  • Windaroo State School, 300 Mt Warren Boulevard, Mt Warren Park
  • Windaroo Valley State High School, 240 Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road, Bahrs Scrub
